Today’s latest news about the Ukrainian-Russian war

MADRID, Dec. 30 (.) –

The Ukrainian authorities have assured this Friday that they have intercepted five Iranian-made drones over the skies of the capital, kyiv, and have stressed that “the enemy continues to carry out massive air strikes” against the city.

“After yesterday’s missile attack, which did not lead to results for the aggressor, tonight the capital was attacked by Iranian ‘Shahed’ drones,” the kyiv Military Administration said. “Five enemy drones were detected in the airspace of kyiv. The air defense forces destroyed all the targets,” he added.

Thus, he highlighted in a message on Telegram that “one of the ammunition from a ‘Shahed’ hit an administrative district in the Holosiiv district, partially destroying it and causing broken windows in a nearby residential building.” Finally, he has stated that for now there is no information on victims.

Ukraine has repeatedly accused Iran of supplying drones to Russia for use in warfare, a claim denied by Tehran. Thus, earlier this week, the head of the Iranian Armed Forces, Mohamad Hosein Baqeri, called these claims “psychological warfare.”
