The spokesman for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Oleg Nikolenko, has indicated in a statement released through Facebook that the package has arrived throughout the morning and has explained that the sender “is the same as the other envelopes”. sent to other Ukrainian embassies and consulates abroad. “They come from a Tesla dealer in the German city of Sindelfingen,” he clarified.
“The sender’s address is the same as that of the rest of the envelopes that have previously arrived. (…) The Greek Police have opened an investigation in this regard,” he asserted. “In total there are already 33 cases of threats that have been recorded in 17 countries. One attempted terrorist attack, two of antipersonnel mines, one case of vandalism, another of a threat by letter and 28 suspicious packages,” he pointed out.
Nikolenko thus recalled the words of the Ukrainian Foreign Minister, Dimitro Kuleba: “No matter how much the enemies try to intimidate Ukrainian diplomacy, they will not succeed because we work to achieve victory.”
