The PSOE asks the judge to investigate whether Luis Medina could return the money for the masks with his grandmother’s inheritance

The PSOE, as part of the popular accusation in the investigation of louis medinahas requested this Monday the Preventive seizure of the entrepreneur’s assets and the imputation of a crime of distraction of his patrimony.

The party, in a letter addressed to the Court of Instruction No. 47 of Madrid, also requests that “the preventive seizure of the hereditary rights that Mr. Medina has in the inheritance of the late Mrs. Fernández de Córdoba”; in reference to a judicial process opened in a court in Seville for the inheritance of the businessman’s grandmother, Victoria Eugenia Fernández de Córdoba.

The accusation brought by the PSOE thus seeks for the judge to investigate the possibility that the employer can return the money from the commissions through inheritance.

“We have verified that he has an open procedure for the inheritance of a grandmother of his. We want to ask the judge for information about it because if he were to win it, the good news is that he could return the money to the people of Madrid, money that has been taken and does not belong to him. “, declared the socialist spokesperson in the Madrid City Council, Mar Espinar, about the letter.

Just this Monday, the Prosecutor’s Office has asked the court to seize assets from Luis Medina worth almost 900,000 euros. Podemos, for its part, also demands that the investigated be charged with concealment of assets.
