The Provincial Prosecutor’s Office of Valencia has denounced Cristina Seguí, co-founder of Vox, in court for the dissemination of a video about the two minors who reported a group rape in the Valencian town of Burjassot, last May.
As you have been able to verify Publicthe Prosecutor’s Office, at the proposal of the delegated prosecutor for hate crimes, Susanna Gisberthas sent his complaint to the courts for being able to constitute the facts of a alleged crime against privacy and/or a hate crime.
The ultra agitator Cristina Seguí published in networks a denier campaign about the group sexual assault denounced by the two girls in Burjassot, whom he called “those not raped” and affirmed that it was actually “consensual sex”. On her Twitter account, Seguí defended the alleged attackers and published a video where the two girls, aged 12 and 13, could be seen talking to another minor girl about the alleged rape.
The Prosecutor’s Office opened proceedings for the dissemination of the video, which have now led to a complaint against Cristina Seguí.
Five minors, between the ages of 15 and 17, were arrested and placed at the disposal of the Juvenile Prosecutor’s Office for their alleged involvement in the sexual assault. The court ordered their supervised release with restraining orders, a decision appealed by the Prosecutor’s Office, which requested their internment in a center until they are tried.
