Huawei MateBook X Pro It is the new laptop of the Chinese technology brand that has a touch screen of 14.2 inches and responds to commands with interactive gestures thanks to Free Touch technology.
The company has launched this device, along with the new Huawei nova 10 and nova 10 Pro and Watch D, within the framework of the IFA technology and consumer fair in Berlin, which opened its doors to the public this Friday.
The company’s new flagship laptop has a Huawei Real touch screen 14.2-inch Color FullView and reduced bezels, with a screen-to-body ratio of 92.5 percent, as well as a 3.1K resolution (3120×2080).
The device, which only weighs 1.26 kilograms, supports P3 and sRGB dual color gamuts with an individually calibrated level of color accuracy. Added to this is the TÜV Rheinland Eye Comfort 3.0 certification, which guarantees first-class eye comfort.
Also, its screen is covered with a nano-optic AR coating magnetically controlled, which reduces light reflection by 60 percent to improve the reading experience.
Moreover, this MateBook laptop integrates Huawei Free Toucha system that allows touch control and has haptic feedback, which allows the management of funcamental functions through eight gestures.
These are intended for actions like taking screenshots (which can be done with your knuckles) or adjusting the brightness and volume, as well as double-tapping to start recording what’s playing on the panel.
You can even navigate during presentations with intuitive air gestures thanks to the function AI Gestureswhich allows the computer to interpret gestures in the air to scroll up or down during a slide show, for example.
SMARTER VIDEO CALLS
The new version of this device is equipped with six speakers that work with the Huawei Sound ‘software’ and a divided frequency configuration. It also features a dual ‘woofer’ array, offering increased bass power combined with updated sound algorithms to deliver optimized sound.
Huawei MateBook X Pro is also equipped with four integrated microphones that pick up sound from up to five meters away with active noise cancellation (ANC).
This offers a greater margin during video calls, which also promise to offer video improvements thanks to its HD front cameraequipped with Artificial Intelligence (AI) AI Camera technology.
In addition, thanks to the modes FollowCam Y Eye Contactthe laptop system allows users freedom of movement to foster a more immersive and personal experience.
Finally, Huawei has recalled that this product includes the Super Device function, which allows it to connect with the brand’s smartphones, as well as MatePad tablets and MateView monitors, among others.
Huawei MateBook X Pro will be available for sale in Spain in the premium magnesium alloy version in the 12th Generation Intel Core i7 processor configuration. 16GB of memory and 1TB of hard drive starting this Saturday, September 3.
It can be purchased both in official Huawei stores and in the brand’s online store, at a price of €2,199 and with a launch offer of 200 euros discount until September 19.
