BARCELONA, Jan. 20 (.) –
The Investigating Court 15 of Barcelona has sent former Barcelona Soccer Club (FCB) player Dani Alves to provisional prison without bail for an alleged sexual assault on a young woman at the Sutton nightclub in Barcelona, legal sources have explained to Europa Press.
With this decision, the judge has adopted the precautionary measure that the Prosecutor’s Office had requested when the player went to court after testifying at the Les Corts de los Mossos d’Esquadra police station, where he was detained.
The events occurred on the night of December 30 at a Barcelona nightclub, where the footballer allegedly sexually assaulted the 23-year-old girl.
