The adviser to the Ukrainian Presidency, Mikhailo Podoliak, has assured that Russia “has already lost this war”, but has called on the international community to take measures aimed at “avoiding a repetition” of another invasion of these characteristics.
“After Ukraine liberates the territories and the defeat of the Russian Federation is officially formalized, everything possible must be done to prevent a repeat of Russian aggression,” Podoliak said on his official Twitter profile.
