Can has registered this Wednesday a writing in the National audience in which he requests the judge instructing the ‘Kitchen case’, Manuel Garcia Castellonthe “immediate incorporation” to the cause of the recently published conversations between the former commissioner Jose Manuel Villarejo and the former general secretary of the Popular Party, María Dolores de Cospedal, as well as between Villarejo and the journalist Antonio García Ferreras, according to what has been learned Public.
In its brief, to which this newspaper has had access, the purple formation demands that the judge clarify why this material has not been incorporated into the summary despite the “obvious relevance to the object of the investigation” and to explain if there are more recordings of equal relevance that are in the possession of the police support unit for Central Court of Instruction 6.
The ‘Kitchen case’, encompassed in the ‘Villarejo case’ or ‘Tándem’ macro-cause, deals with the espionage to the ex-treasurer of the Popular Party Luis Barcenas and his family by the police leadership between 2013 and 2015 charged to the funds reserved to seize documentation on box b of the PP. Ministry of the Interior for ‘manufacturing’ false information against Podemos and its leaders, for subsequent disclosure in certain media. Extremely serious events that undoubtedly have an obvious connection to this case,” the letter states.
Conversations between Ferreras and Villarejo

Podemos asks Judge García Castellón to identify “the exact location and support in which said audios can be found among the material seized in this case, in order to proceed, if it has not already been done, to its immediate decryption and incorporation and putting available to all parties.
