Panasonic presents its new OLED, LED and Android TVs for 2022

panasonic presented this Thursday the top TV lines by 2022 which include OLED models; LED and Android TV, with improvements focused on making color more accurate and optimizing the gaming experience.

The new range of OLEDs includes four series of televisions, incorporating the Game Controller Board, for functions focused on improving the gaming experience, and HDMI 2.1, as well as the My Home Screen content panel and Dolby Atmos, Dolby Vision and adaptive HDR 10+ technologies.

The Game Control Board provides real-time access to key game information such as frame rate, HDR metadata, and chroma key subsampling data. It also allows you to adjust the darker areas, displays the current HDR settings, and the input lag and VRR settings, which you can adjust.

Panasonic has designed all OLED TVs of 2022 so that they can offer more brightness on the highest peaks of Original Cinema, Cinema, Filmmaker and Professional modes. With the proprietary HCX Pro AI processor has improved color volume of blues without losing precision in the reproduction of the different gradations.

These models support automatic color temperature adjustment to better adapt to the environment and are compatible with Netflix Calibrated Mode. They also incorporate improvements in sound and support for the Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa.

Among the novelties of OLED are models LZ2000 (55” and 65”) and LZ1500 (42”,48”, 55” and 65”), which have the latest generation Master OLED Pro panelalthough they differ in audio technology: LZ 2000, the flagship family, uses 360º Soundscape Pro technology, while the other has Dynamic Cinema Surround Pro (in larger models).

The LZ1000 models, in 55-inch and 65-inch sizes, employ the OLED Master panel, while the LZ980 models feature an OLED panel and are available in 42-, 48-, 55- and 65-inch sizes.

LED and AndroidTV

Within LED televisions, the company has presented two families: LX940 and LX800, the latter with the Android TV platform. Both have technologies such as Dolby Atmos and Vision, adaptive HDR 10+ and support for game mode.

LX940 is available in five sizes (43”, 49”, 55”, 65” and 75”) and uses the HCX ProAI Processor, the same one that integrates OLED televisions. It also has cinema surround sound, the My Home Screen panel and support for Alexa and Google Assistant.

The LX800 Android TVs (43”, 50”, 55′, 65” and 75”) have built-in Chromecast and support for Google Assistant. They use the HCX-processor and feature surround sound, along with an earlier version of game mode.

Panasonic has confirmed the models and sizes of television that will arrive in Spain. These are the OLED models LZ2000 (77, 65 and 55 inches), LZ1500 (65, 55, 48 and 42 inches) and LZ980 (65, 55, 48 and 42 inches), as well as the LED LX800 (75, 65, 55, 50 and 43 inches), LX700 (75, 65, 55, 50 and 43 inches), LX650 (65, 55, 50 and 43 inches) and LS490 (32 inches).
