Mauricio García, director and founder of The Game Kitchen, new president of DEV

The director and founder of the video game studio The Game Kitchen, Mauricio Garciahas been named president of the Spanish Association of Video Game and Entertainment Software Production Companies and Developers. (D.E.V.).

The General Assembly of the association, meeting this Tuesday both virtually and in person (at the GamesBCN headquarters), has elected its new Board of Directors for the next four years, as reported in a press release.

At this meeting, it was appointed Mauricio García new president of DEV, who takes over from Valeria Castro, executive director of Platonic Games. In addition, Juan Castillo, chief technology officer of GGTech, and Xavier Carrillo, CEO of Digital Legends, have been named vice presidents.
