The president of FC Barcelona, Joan Laporta, has assured that there will be no problems to “register” “all the players” this season and that the “bad omens” have not come true, in addition to stressing that the club “will always be owned by its partners and associates” and that there is no danger of it becoming a public limited sports company (SAD).
“All the players will be able to register,” he declared at the traditional Fiesta de las Peñas prior to the dispute over the Joan Gamper Trophy. “All those who foresaw bad omens for our club did not gauge the strength of Barça and the importance of the Barça brand.
