The former Prime Minister of the United Kingdom Boris Johnson has extolled this Friday the figure of Elizabeth II and has affirmed that “her indomitable spirit created the modern constitutional monarchy”, within the framework of the commemoration acts that take place in the House of Commons after the death of the monarch on Thursday at the age of 96.
