“I am living a very beautiful experience on the other side of the pond”

The soccer player of the Club Pachuca de México, Jennifer Hermoso, acknowledges, when reviewing 2022, that the change from Barcelona to Mexico represents a change of “cycle” and that she is now living a “very beautiful experience on the other side of the pond”, at the same time that he points out that the conflict originated in the Spanish team must be resolved “internally”.
“I have gone from playing for Barcelona to going to Mexico, in the end the cycles arrive. I am living a very nice experience on the other side of the pond and for now I am very happy and enjoying this opportunity a lot,” said the soccer player in a interview for Europa Press Sports.
The Pachuca player also spoke about the Women’s MX League and the differences she perceives compared to Spanish soccer. Thus, the Madrid forward recognized that although there are many things to improve in Mexico at the organizational level, she “has nothing to envy” to other European championships.
“The Mexican league was created very recently, barely five years, there are many things to improve, but at the organizational level I think it has nothing to envy to others. The planning is already done, that makes the players feel very important , but they still have a lot to grow. Little by little I hope that both Spain and Mexico continue to grow,” he said.
The all-time top scorer of the Spanish team preferred not to assess the situation between some La Roja players and the team’s coach, Jorge Vilda, but acknowledged that it is a problem that must be fixed “internally”. “These are things that must be fixed internally and I hope they are resolved within. Right now I’m fine, physically I feel very well and that’s what I think about,” she added.
