Feijóo has justified that the reason why he does not attend the debate is because they are not represented neither ERC nor EH Bildu, parties that he has described as “the main partners” of Sánchez. The PP has also charged against the public entity and has questioned its “neutrality”. RTVE issued a statement defending that “it is not only neutral, but essentially plural and above all professionally independent”.
