MADRID, Sep. 12 (.) –
The leader of the Russian region of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadirov, announced on Monday the return of his troops to the territory of Ukraine, and specifically to Donetsk, to participate in the conflict on the side of Russia.
In this way, Chechnya has concluded the “holiday” period granted to its military after they participated in the taking of Mariúpol, Severodonetsk, Lisichansk and other cities in eastern Ukraine, as detailed by Kadyrov on his Telegram channel.
“Adam Delimjanov, at the head of the units of the Chechen Republic, has begun to carry out the tasks of a special military operation on the territory of Ukraine and the (self-proclaimed) Donetsk People’s Republic,” Kadyrov said.
The Chechen troops have participated in favor of Russia since the first stages of the war and, in the words of their leader, “great results” have always been achieved.
“In the past, I always told them to expect good news, and after my words, they always received it. Here and now, be patient and expect great results from our fighters on the front line,” Kadyrov concluded in a message to Moscow and the pro-Russians.
