The player of the Spanish team Brahim Díaz has assured that he “does not imagine” a World Cup in Qatar 2022 without Spain and therefore ensures that it is mandatory to win the “two finals” that they have against Greece and Sweden in this final stretch of the qualifying phase .
“I cannot imagine a World Cup without Spain, which has to be in the World Cup and we have two finals coming. We focus on Thursday, the most important match, and there will be two finals that must be won, we must be at the World Cup”, assured at a press conference.
The Spanish winger, on loan from Real Madrid to AC Milan, added that they should think first about Greece and then about the other “final” against Sweden. “We want to be in the World Cup and there are two finals but the most recent is on Thursday. You have to think about playing well and winning, as Spain has always done with the talent that is in this team,” he wielded.
Asked if he had talked about the duel against Sweden with his teammate Zlatan Ibrahimovic, back to the national team, he revealed part of the conversation. “We know what ‘Ibra’ is like, he dropped the odd one, but we were talking about what would happen, and that it will be an important game for them and for us,” he added.
