The right is gaining ground in Europe, and certain alarm bells are going off in the face of this phenomenon.
The concern lies in the alliances that are taking place between the democratic right and the extreme right, which in some countries has increasing bargaining power.
The extreme right has become entrenched in the governments of Hungary and Poland, and is advancing in the founding countries: it took over Italy, resists in France and will be key in the elections in Spain.
It also shook Germany with the victory of the AfD, an electoral victory for one of the most “tough” parties in Europe.
